On a weekly basis we remotely connect to your server(s) to check server event logs, disk and memory usage, tape backup status as well as apply critical security updates. This again enables us to identify problem areas before they become business affecting.

• Telephone Support

Access to a dedicated helpline manned by engineers enabling fast diagnosis and possible resolution to issues thus minimising business disruption.

• Remote Diagnostics

The ability to access your systems remotely and potentially resolve issues on-line thus minimising downtime.
