Incident Support

Contec offer 2 types of incident support packages, Pay As You Go or Callout.

Pay As You Go

Most people have heard of the concept of Pay as You Go and this support package is no different. You pre-purchase Fault Recovery Tickets (FRT’s) in blocks of either 1, 5 or 10 which give you access to engineering time.

Each ticket gives you access to either; 4 support telephone in 15 minute segments each or 1 on-site callout to a maximum of 1 hour

The advantages of this system over a standard callout are;

Pre-purchase achieves a reduced rate over standard callout charging.

• Telephone Support

Access to a dedicated helpline manned by engineers enabling fast diagnosis and possible resolution to issues thus minimising business disruption.

• Response Times

Contracted call out response times as opposed to best endeavors ensuring prompt response and resolution to reported faults

Callout

This support facility is open to any company who require ad hoc support. Upon receiving your call, a Contec engineer will be allocated to respond to your enquiry by attending site and repairing your system within an agreed competitive pricing structure based on a time and materials charging.
